Justine Reichman
Founder
A New Yorker at heart, Justine currently lives in the Bay Area, California with her partner and dogs, Mini & Misty. Justine has become recognized as a leading voice in raising awareness about sustainability, regenerative practices, and the importance of global education surrounding better-for-you food. On a personal level, she is on the Committee of Agriculture Institute of Marin, active on the Auxiliary Board of the San Francisco Ballet & offers much of her free time to help other entrepreneurs build their businesses. She strongly believes that EATING right is a HUMAN right, which is why she works to make better-for-you-food more accessible for all.
Sophie Mitrokostas
Project Manager, Guest Coordination & Social Media
Sophia, known as Sophie to those lucky to call her friend, is a global sustainability and sustainable food systems specialist who wears many hats here at NextGen Purpose. Originally from Massachusetts, Sophie got her Bachelor's in Environmental & Sustainability Studies at Northern Arizona University and her Master of Science from UMass Amherst. She now lives in Arizona with her partner and loyal dog, Bowie. Her background in global sustainability, food systems, & regenerative agriculture blends well in this role with her skills in integration, design, and networking. Sophie is open-minded, impartial to judgment, and bold in her decision-making. She's a lover of bookstores, farmer's markets, vegan food & animals. Sophie is the quiet but mighty backbone of this organization. We're lucky to have her on our team!
